It is in the idyllic setting that the landscape of the
Coimbra region also lives, Soure being a place
with characteristics intrinsically linked to this
type of scenario. It is especially the cold winter
mornings that highlight the qualities of those who
make the countryside and pastoralism their way of
life, and who thus also preserve the centuries-old
traditions that have built this region and several of
its municipalities.
