Novos Olhares

A história remonta ao período pré-histórico,
relativamente à ocupação humana dos territórios do
xisto, e que a partir daí se deu o início à exploração,
construção e edificação das Aldeias do Xisto
que compõem uma significante parte da região
de Coimbra. No Município de Góis, é possível
encontrar quatro destas aldeias pertencentes à
rede de Aldeias do Xisto – Aigra Nova, Aigra Velha,
Comareira e Pena.

The history goes back to the prehistoric period,
regarding the human occupation of the schist
territories, and that from then on began the
exploration, construction and construction of the
Schist Villages that make up a significant part of the
Coimbra region. In the municipality of Góis, it is
possible to find four of these villages belonging to
the Schist Villages network - Aigra Nova, Aigra Velha,
Comareira and Pena.
