Novos Olhares

Along the coast of the Coimbra region, there is a fairly
common denomination: the extensive dunes that play
an important role in defending the coastal population,
protecting it from floods and the advancing sand. At
Tocha beach, for example, a wooden walkway was
created over the dunes in order to preserve them and
thus maintain the best characteristics of the beaches
that make up our coast.
