Novos Olhares

With a strong tradition in olive oil in Portugal, the
centre region is one of the main ambassadors for the
production of this endogenous national product.
There are several olive trees found in the intermunicipal
community that serve as a source of raw material for
this product. The olive harvest, still a very artisanal
process, is an activity that can be found in various parts
of the region and that has in Condeixa-a-Nova one of
its favourite places.
