При наблюдении ребенка с заболеванием, протекающим
с множеством неспецифических синдромов,
резистентных к проводимой терапии, следует заподозрить
наличие редкой системной патологии и
своевременно направить ребенка в стационар для
углубленного обследования. Ранняя диагностика и
адекватное лечение позволяют улучшить прогноз
заболевания и снизить количество осложнений.
Заключение
Лихорадка у детей остается актуальной проблемой
в связи с частым обращением к педиатру с этим
симптомом и многообразием причин его вызывающих.
Важнейшим в практике клинициста является
выявление детей из группы риска по развитию тяжелых
бактериальных инфекций и грамотная маршрутизация.
Несмотря на инфекционный генез лихорадки
в большинстве случаев, необходимо помнить
о возможных неинфекционных ее причинах. Для
своевременной постановки диагноза необходим
тщательный сбор анамнеза, комплексный анализ
клинических симптомов, внимательная оценка лабораторных
данных и целенаправленно-грамотное
использование визуализационных методов.
