Влад<strong>и</strong>кавказ <strong>и</strong>село Эльхотово). У школьн<strong>и</strong>ков выявлена легкая степень йододеф<strong>и</strong>ц<strong>и</strong>та. У школьн<strong>и</strong>ков города выявлено достоверно болеечастое увел<strong>и</strong>чен<strong>и</strong>е размеров ЩЖ пр<strong>и</strong> сохранен<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong> нормального уровня ТТГ <strong>и</strong> Т4. У городск<strong>и</strong>х школьн<strong>и</strong>ков с ЭЗ зарег<strong>и</strong>стр<strong>и</strong>рованодостоверное сн<strong>и</strong>жен<strong>и</strong>е содержан<strong>и</strong>я общей популяц<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong> Т-л<strong>и</strong>мфоц<strong>и</strong>тов, повышен<strong>и</strong>е CD8+клеток, уменьшен<strong>и</strong>е<strong>и</strong>ммунорегуляторного <strong>и</strong>ндекса, г<strong>и</strong>перпродукц<strong>и</strong>я ИФ-γ <strong>и</strong> ИФ-α. В то время как у школьн<strong>и</strong>ков села с ЭЗ отмечено более высокоесодержан<strong>и</strong>е CD4+л<strong>и</strong>мфоц<strong>и</strong>тов, В-л<strong>и</strong>мфоц<strong>и</strong>тов, Ig А <strong>и</strong> G, угнетен<strong>и</strong>е продукц<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong> ИФ-α <strong>и</strong> ИЛ-2 пр<strong>и</strong> сохранен<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong> нормальногоуровня ИФ-γ<strong>и</strong> ИЛ-4. Так<strong>и</strong>м образом, разв<strong>и</strong>т<strong>и</strong>е ЭЗ у школьн<strong>и</strong>ков 13-17 лет связано с <strong>и</strong>зменен<strong>и</strong>ям<strong>и</strong> функц<strong>и</strong>он<strong>и</strong>рован<strong>и</strong>я<strong>и</strong>ммунной с<strong>и</strong>стемы <strong>и</strong> ц<strong>и</strong>ток<strong>и</strong>новой сет<strong>и</strong>, выражающ<strong>и</strong>хся в пре<strong>и</strong>мущественной акт<strong>и</strong>вац<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong> клеточного <strong>и</strong>л<strong>и</strong> гуморальногозвена в зав<strong>и</strong>с<strong>и</strong>мост<strong>и</strong> от эколог<strong>и</strong>ческ<strong>и</strong>х услов<strong>и</strong>й прож<strong>и</strong>ван<strong>и</strong>я.Ключевые слова:эндем<strong>и</strong>ческ<strong>и</strong>й зоб, йоддеф<strong>и</strong>ц<strong>и</strong>т, <strong>и</strong>ммунный статусSummaryIn order to learn the interrelation between the indexes of immune system and pineal organ in case of endemic goiter among 1058pupils at the age of 13 to 17, living in the endemic goiter’s zones with different ecological qualities (Vladikavkaz and Elkhotovo). Lightlevel of iodine deficit revealed among country and urban pupils. Also, the accurately more frequent increase of pineal organ’s size wasnoticed among urban pupils with retaining of TTH production and T4 in the range of rate. Among urban pupils with endemic goiter, incomparing with donors, it was noticed a decrease of T-lymphocytes, an increasing number of CD8+ cells, decreasing index of immuneregulatory, hyper production of IF-γ and IF-α. At the same time, it has been noticed that among country pupils with endemic goiterthere is a high content of CD4+ lymphocytes, B-lymphocytes, immune globins of A and G class depression of IF-α production andIL-2 with saving of IF-γ synthesis and IL-4. Thereby, the development of endemic goiter among pupils of senior school is connectedwith changing of immune system function and cytokine net, stating in primary activation cellular or humoral branch depending onecological conditions of living.Key words: endemic goiter, immune status, iodine deficit№01(93) january 2012 COLLECTION OF ARTICLESВведен<strong>и</strong>еВ последн<strong>и</strong>е годы йоддеф<strong>и</strong>ц<strong>и</strong>тные состоян<strong>и</strong>я, в томч<strong>и</strong>сле без образован<strong>и</strong>я зоба, пр<strong>и</strong>обретают все большеезначен<strong>и</strong>е, поскольку <strong>и</strong>х нал<strong>и</strong>ч<strong>и</strong>е, как прав<strong>и</strong>ло, пр<strong>и</strong>вод<strong>и</strong>твначале к функц<strong>и</strong>ональным нарушен<strong>и</strong>ям, а затем к орган<strong>и</strong>ческ<strong>и</strong>м<strong>и</strong>зменен<strong>и</strong>ям всех без <strong>и</strong>сключен<strong>и</strong>я органов <strong>и</strong> с<strong>и</strong>стем[1,2].Особенно неблагопр<strong>и</strong>ятно это отражается на детях,так как морфофункц<strong>и</strong>ональные особенност<strong>и</strong> растущегоорган<strong>и</strong>зма обусловл<strong>и</strong>вают на<strong>и</strong>большую чувств<strong>и</strong>тельностьк воздейств<strong>и</strong>ю негат<strong>и</strong>вных антропогенных факторовокружающей среды. В услов<strong>и</strong>ях йодной недостаточност<strong>и</strong>у детей подросткового возраста нарушается ф<strong>и</strong>з<strong>и</strong>ческоеразв<strong>и</strong>т<strong>и</strong>е, возн<strong>и</strong>кают нарушен<strong>и</strong>я функц<strong>и</strong>ональногосостоян<strong>и</strong>я орган<strong>и</strong>зма, наблюдается напряженностьадаптац<strong>и</strong>онных механ<strong>и</strong>змов, сн<strong>и</strong>жается рез<strong>и</strong>стентность,повышается заболеваемость [3, 4].Иммунная с<strong>и</strong>стема зан<strong>и</strong>мает центральное место вадаптац<strong>и</strong>онных реакц<strong>и</strong>ях, форм<strong>и</strong>рующ<strong>и</strong>хся в ответ надейств<strong>и</strong>е факторов окружающей среды. Устойч<strong>и</strong>востьорган<strong>и</strong>зма к заболеван<strong>и</strong>ям <strong>и</strong> функц<strong>и</strong>он<strong>и</strong>рован<strong>и</strong>е защ<strong>и</strong>тнопр<strong>и</strong>способ<strong>и</strong>тельныхмехан<strong>и</strong>змов в знач<strong>и</strong>тельной степен<strong>и</strong>связаны с состоян<strong>и</strong>ем <strong>и</strong>ммун<strong>и</strong>тета у детей [5, 6].Не менее важная роль в регуляц<strong>и</strong><strong>и</strong> адаптац<strong>и</strong>оннопр<strong>и</strong>способ<strong>и</strong>тельныхпроцессов, разв<strong>и</strong>вающ<strong>и</strong>хся в орган<strong>и</strong>змепр<strong>и</strong> <strong>и</strong>зменен<strong>и</strong>ях окружающей среды, пр<strong>и</strong>надлеж<strong>и</strong>тэндокр<strong>и</strong>нной с<strong>и</strong>стеме, которая функц<strong>и</strong>он<strong>и</strong>рует в теснойсвяз<strong>и</strong> с <strong>и</strong>ммунной с<strong>и</strong>стемой [7, 8].101
