A.' (sic) appeared at 1736 Ridge; by 1929, the new address was 1719 Ridge av. (apt. 1) and 'Kimball A.' was
replaced by David K. Jr. The 1931 directory saw David A., David K. (student), Mary E. (widow David K.),
and Paul K. (wife Lorena) all listed at 1719 Ridge av. D. Kimball, student was boarding at 830 Hamlin in the
1933 directory. In 1937, David K. (wife Elizabeth), lawyer (Chgo), residing at 531 Michigan av (Evans Manor
Apts.).
Cause of death coronary artery disease due to generalized atherosclerosis. Other factors: diffused ischemic
encephalopathy. Surgery on November 2, 1993 revealed aortic stenosis -- coronary atherosclerosis. Funeral
home Lauterburg & Oehler, Arlington Heights. Funeral service held at Community Church of Rolling
Meadows (which he donated the land for.) Buried Memory Gardens, Arlington Heights, Cook County,
Illinois. Grave marker reads:
