INTRODUCTION.
In his letter of July 5th, 1945 to Lord Wright, Chairman of the
United Nations War Crimes Commission, Mr. Justice Jackson, the
United States Chief of Counsel for Prosecution of Axis Criminality,
explained the plan for the prosecution of the German Major War
, Criminals, their principal agents and accessories before an International
Military Tribunal.
