effects. There could potentially, therefore, be some significant overall
cumulative effects but these would be due to the East Anglia Round 3 zone
alone (due to its size and proximity from the coast) and not by the addition of
GWF.
8.7.2. The East Anglia Round 3 zone is likely to lead to significant cumulative
seascape and visual effects on offshore receptors, principally due to the scale
of the Round 3 zone. GWF and the East Anglia Round 3 zone lie within close
proximity to each other and, combined with the existing GGOWF
development, they could lead to an extensive area of wind farm development
in the North Sea, stretching from the southern tip of GWF to the northern tip
of the Round three zone.
8.7.3. The extent of these cumulative effects can only be determined when details
of the size and location of individual development sites within the East
Anglia Round 3 zone are known.
