day. The letter Y did not exist until many
thousands of years after the letter I had been
formed. Another form for the name was Heru-
Khuti = Light of the World.
The Jews used the word Iah— Jehovah ;
Phoenicians, Iao ; Hebrew, Iah ; Assyrian, Iau ;
Egyptian-gnostic, Ieou ; Polynesian, Iho-Iho ;
Dyak, Yavuah or Iaouh ; Nicobar Islands, Eewu ;
Mexican, Ao ; Toda, Au ; Hungarian, Iao ; Manx,
lee ; Cornish, Iau ; Welsh, Iau ; Chaldean, Iao-
Heptaktes ; Greek, la and Ie. The Jews were
originally
