Uracocha. In this symbol his name is portrayed<br />

by the two feat,hers on his head. <strong>The</strong> Itheophallic<br />

Symbol, and Fan, denote a new life, the Spiritual.<br />

<strong>The</strong> Fan was used in the Egyptian Mysteries to<br />

signify a Spirit, and with the Itheophallic emblem<br />

denotes the Resurrection <strong>of</strong> the Spirit. <strong>The</strong><br />

Christian Copts (Priests) still use this emblem,<br />

but we have lost it. <strong>The</strong> Axe is supported by the<br />

four Children <strong>of</strong> Horus, with the House <strong>of</strong> Heaven<br />

(also depicted on the Fan) and the House <strong>of</strong> Earth<br />

— i.e. <strong>The</strong> House <strong>of</strong> Earth and House <strong>of</strong> Eternity.<br />

Beneath are portrayed the two Poles or Pillars <strong>of</strong><br />

the North and South, signifying<br />

that he is the God<br />

<strong>of</strong> the North and South. On the extreme right<br />

is the emblem <strong>of</strong> Sovereignty, Power, and<br />

Might.<br />

In Fig. 80 is a symbol <strong>of</strong> the God <strong>of</strong> the Axe<br />

from Tepozteco, now in the Museum Trocadero.<br />

<strong>The</strong> symbols on the front <strong>of</strong> the Conical Hat give<br />

his name as Iu, as also do the ear ornaments.<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>Masonic</strong> Apron Which is here portrayed will<br />

be recognized quite readily.<br />

As the latest confirmation that the origin <strong>of</strong><br />

these symbols came from Mother Egypt, I here<br />

give some linear writing, or ancient script, found<br />

by Dr. Morgan on a tablet in Egypt, which has<br />

never before been translated. I am pleased to have<br />

been able to accomplish this, and here give it for<br />

the first time since the destruction <strong>of</strong> Ancient
