erections, but there were twelve monoliths, or<br />

pillars <strong>of</strong> special import. <strong>The</strong>se were placed out-<br />

side the walls, sometimes inside the Temple.<br />

<strong>The</strong> primary formation <strong>of</strong> the Temples was<br />

round, and sometimes two were built together,<br />

one North and one South. <strong>The</strong>se were built when<br />

Set was Primary God <strong>of</strong> the South. An example<br />

<strong>of</strong> one <strong>of</strong> these can still be seen at Peking ; it<br />

is there called <strong>The</strong> Temple <strong>of</strong> Heaven, the oldest<br />

form found in China. Another exists in Central<br />

America, known as the Temple <strong>of</strong> Set, at Tepeyollott,<br />

Mexico, as depicted in the Borgian Codex.<br />

<strong>The</strong> formation <strong>of</strong> this Temple is round, and on<br />

the top is one <strong>of</strong> the Symbols or Ideographic<br />

names <strong>of</strong> Set—the God <strong>of</strong> the South. <strong>The</strong>se two<br />

Temples —one from China and the other from<br />

Mexico— show that the first form <strong>of</strong> the Temples<br />

was round, and that they were dedicated to Set—<br />

the God <strong>of</strong> the South Pole, previous to Horus— the<br />

God <strong>of</strong> the North. <strong>The</strong>y also show how widely<br />

distributed these old Primary Stellar Mythos<br />

people were, and that the cult was one and the<br />

same all over the world at this time. From evi-<br />

dences contained in the Ritual, this Primary<br />

Cult lasted about fifty-two thousand years before<br />

the change to the North took place. Disbelievers<br />

should estimate how long it must have taken man<br />

to migrate these great distances, found communi-<br />

ties, and erect Temples. Curiously enough, the
