Coghlan, after the sound of trumpet, proclaimed
aloud :

Hear : ye This is the Act of Union,
engrossed, in confirmation of articles solemnly concluded
between the two Grand Lodges of Free
and Accepted Masons of England, signed, sealed,
and ratified by the two Grand Lodges respectively,
are to be hereafter and for ever
by which they
known and acknowledged by the style and title of

MASONS OF ENGLAND.
