the dissolution of marriage. First of all you have to note the three ways in
which a marriage can be dissolved.
Judicial separation Thereafter the textbook explains what judicial separation and extrajudicial
separation mean. In respect of judicial separation you need only
know what this concept means and that section 14 of the Divorce Act
abolished the court's power to make orders for judicial separation.
