pay R500 maintenance per month for Mrs Khumalo until her death or<br />

remarriage. The spouses have no children. Does <strong>the</strong> court which grants <strong>the</strong><br />

divorce have <strong>the</strong> power <strong>to</strong> incorporate <strong>the</strong> spouses' agreement in its divorce<br />

order? Substantiate your answer.<br />
