3 By default, attribute elements in the Page-by area are displayed as
selectable buttons on a button bar. You can change the style in which
elements in the Page-by area are displayed. For example, you can choose
to display the attribute elements as options in a drop-down list. The
choices are:
• Button Bar
• Slider
• Drop Down
To play an animation of the grouped data
1 After you have grouped the data, click the Play icon to show the
animation and display the data grouped by each element in the Page-by
area.
2 To pause the animation, click Stop.
To remove a grouping attribute (ungroup data)
1 Hover the cursor over the name of the attribute in the Page-by area, then
click the arrow icon to the right and select Remove.
To replace a grouping attribute with another attribute
1 In the Page-by area, hover the cursor over the attribute name to replace,
point to Replace with, and then select the attribute to use to group the
data.
Saving an analysis
You can make changes to a Visual Insight analysis, then save it for easy
access at a later date. Steps to save an analysis are below. In addition to
saving the analysis, you can:
• Convert the analysis to a document, then save the document for later use.
