• Flash file: Export the analysis to a stand-alone Flash file.
Prerequisites
• You must have the Web Visual Insight and Execute Document or Analysis
privileges.
• You must have the necessary privileges to export to the file format you
choose.
To export an analysis
1 Click the name of the analysis to execute it.
2 To save the analysis as a PDF file, from the PDF drop-down list on the
analysis toolbar, select PDF. The analysis is exported and displayed in a
browser window.
3 To save the analysis as a Flash file:
a From the PDF drop-down list on the analysis toolbar, select Flash.
b A message displays informing you that filtering selectors are only
available in Web. Click OK.
c A message displays informing you that you need to save a copy of the
Flash file before opening it. Click OK.
d Click Save. The Save As dialog box opens.
e Type a name for the Flash file in the File name field, then click OK.
Your file is saved.
Emailing the analysis
You can send a Visual Insight analysis to any email address, to allow users to
view it even when offline.
