1 Getting Started with Documents in Desktop Report Services Document Analysis Guide Ideas for effective use of this document type • The foregoing sample document displays a number of supporting elements such as a document title, which helps users working either with electronic or printed documents. These are generated automatically based on the selected quarter, date and time, user name, and page numbers. Each of these supporting elements repeat on each page. The document also includes a Notes section with definitions for the key performance indicators (KPIs) that appear in the document. • The foregoing sample document includes a prompt that allows you to select a specific quarter for which to display data.
