<strong>in</strong>formation (14), to autonomy (Articles 5 (3) and 15–19), to prior consent<br />

(Article 15/3 and 15/4), to refuse provision of services (Article 20–21), to be privy to<br />

and <strong>in</strong> possession of medical documentation (Article 24), to privacy (25)<br />

● establishes the <strong>in</strong>stitutions of patient right representatives (Article 30–33), arbitration<br />

(Article 34), hospital supervisory councils (Article 156, section 1–5) and hospital<br />

ethical committees (Article 156, section 1–2, 6–7) as well as the procedure of<br />

<strong>in</strong>vestigat<strong>in</strong>g patient compla<strong>in</strong>ts (Article 29) and address<strong>in</strong>g medical negligence<br />

(Article 140/A)<br />

● establishes the National <strong>Health</strong> Council (Article 148, 149)<br />

● <strong>in</strong>troduces the National <strong>Health</strong> Promotion Programme, to be approved by the National<br />

Assembly (Article 146)<br />
