2. Decree No. 15/2005. (V. 2.) EüM of the Minister of Health on Professional Supervision of
Health Care Providers
● reorganizes the system of professional supervision of health care providers and
establishes the National Centre for Health Care Audit and Inspection as the main entity
responsible for the control of quality of care
3. Act XCV of 2005 on the Pharmaceuticals for Human Use and on the Amendment of
Other Acts Regulating the Pharmaceutical Markets (promulgated: 25/07/2005)
