7. Next, click on the Apply button in Figure 2.75 to apply the changes.
8. Finally, restart the WebLogic server.

2.15.7 WebSphere Application Server
2.15.7.1 Configuring a WebSphere Application Server 4.0
To monitor a WebSphere Application server, a specific WebSphere monitoring eG component has to be
installed on it. In order to configure a WebSphere Application server for eG monitoring, do the
following:
1. Start the WebSphere Application server, by typing the command /bin/adminserver.sh,
where WAS_HOME is the home directory of the WebSphere Application server.
2. Start the WebShere Advanced Administrative Console using the command adminclient.sh (see
Figure 2.76).
