This configuration will ensure that the eG manager promptly forwards the alarms it generates to the eG SMS manager. To configure the eG manager, do the following: 1. Open the eGSMSMgr.properties file (using Notepad) from the install directory of the eG SMS manager (see Figure 7.8). 434
