10. The setup program requires an IIS server to configure the eG manager. If it is not available in the
environment, an error message will appear. The user has to then install the IIS server and then
restart the setup process. Similarly, if the JDK available in the environment does not meet the
minimum requirement of eG, an error message will appear. Once again, you will have to install
the required JDK and then restart the setup.
11. If an IIS server is present in the environment, the setup next tries to access the database server
and create the user account specified in Step 5. If the user name already exists in the database,
an alert message as shown in Figure 3.87 appears. The user needs to now specify if he/she wants
to use the same account or not. If the user chooses not to use the same account, he/she is made
to repeat step 5 to create a new user account. However, if the user chooses to proceed by
selecting the Yes option in Figure 3.87, he/she is directly taken to step 13 of this setup process.

If you want to set an existing database user as the eG database user, then make sure you
grant dbowner privileges to such a user.
12. Database administrator privileges are required for creating a new database user. The Setup now
prompts the user to enter the database administrator’s name and password as in Figure 3.88.
The default value for the DBA user name will be sa. For more information about your
environment, contact your database administrator.
