If MS SQL 2008 is used as the eG backend, then ensure that the dbcreator, securityadmin, and
public roles are assigned to the user. Also, either provide a strong password for the user, or
make sure that the Enforce password policy option is disabled while creating the user profile in
the SQL Enterprise Manager.
