To identify the instance of your database, execute the SQL query shown in Figure 3.17a. The
result of this query is also depicted in the figure.

4. The eG manager requires a special Oracle database user account to store its measures. The user
should next enter the following details as in Figure 3.18.
the eG database user name [default is egurkha]
the password for the database user
