23. To create a new rule, click on the Create site and content rule option in Figure 3.223. This will invoke
a wizard using which the rule can be configured. In the Welcome screen of the wizard (see Figure
3.224), click on the Next > button.

24. Next, select the Allow option from Figure 3.225 to indicate that the rule intends to allow access to
a site. Then, click on the Next > button.
