map ip dscp (Global Configuration)<br />

PRIORITY COMMANDS<br />

Use this command to enable IP DSCP mapping (i.e., Differentiated<br />

Services Code Point mapping). Use the no form to disable IP DSCP<br />

mapping.<br />

Syntax<br />

map ip dscp<br />

no map ip dscp<br />

Command Usage<br />

• The precedence for priority mapping is IP Precedence or IP DSCP, and<br />

default switchport priority.<br />

• IP Precedence and IP DSCP cannot both be enabled. Enabling one of<br />

these priority types will automatically disable the other type.<br />

Example<br />

The following example shows how to enable IP DSCP mapping globally:<br />

Console(config)#map ip dscp<br />

Console(config)#<br />

map ip dscp (Interface Configuration)<br />

Use this command to set IP DSCP priority (i.e., Differentiated Services<br />

Code Point priority). Use the no form to restore the default table.<br />

Syntax<br />

map ip dscp dscp-value cos cos-value<br />

no map ip dscp<br />

• dscp-value - 8-bit DSCP value. (Range: 0-255)<br />
