Useful URLs and Personal Information
Your system administrator can fill in this table with the URLs and default values that have
been configured for your system.
Description Purpose Value
Company web page URL Lets you access the company web page
Voicemail Configuration URL Lets you access the voicemail
configuration page so that you can
record your own greeting and manage
your password and remote access PIN.
Voicemail user name The user name you need to enter to
access the voicemail configuration page.
This user name is also used to forward
callers to voicemail.
Default voicemail password The password you need to enter to
access the Voicemail configuration page
for the first time.
Voicemail remote access
number
The number you need to dial to access
your messages from a remotely located
phone.
SIP Phone default user name The user name needed to access your
user profile.
SIP Phone default password The password needed to access your
user profile.
Web Mail URL The URL that you need to access 3050
ICP webmail to review messages
delivered to your email remotely

** The user names and passwords are case-sensitive, which means that they must be entered exactly
as written with respect to upper and lower-case.
SIP URL Syntax
SIP URL Explanation
SIP:someone@10.1.2.3 SIP URL with IP address.
SIP: someone@example.com;transport=TCP SIP URL with transport specified as TCP.
The default transport is UDP if none is
specified.
SIP: someone@example.com Basic SIP URL.
SIP:+12225550789@gateway.com;user=phone SIP URL with global phone number and
specified gateway.
SIP: +1 206 555-0246@1.2.3.4;user=phone SIP URL with global phone number format
and specified gateway
