8 • Maintenance Removing the Moistener (continued) 5. Clean the brush in plain wa ter, and rinse thoroughly. 6. Position the brush as shown at right so its bottom edge is under the mounting tabs. 7. Slide the brush back toward the rear of the moistener. 8. If you need to clean the wick and holder, continue with Removing the Holder and Wick procedure on the next page. Otherwise, push down on the blue re lease lever on the moistener. Release Lever 9. Slide the moistener from left to right even with feed platform. You should hear a click as it engages. Removing the Holder and Wick 1. Pull up and remove the holder and wick from the moistener as shown here. 2. Separate wick from metal holder, clean the wick in plain water, and rinse thoroughly. SV61195 Rev. B 8 • Maintenance Holder Wick 3. Place the wick back in the hold er. 4. Reinstall the wick and holder assembly into moistener. 5. Reinstall the moistener. Push down on the blue re lease lever on the moistener. Release Lever 6. Slide the moistener from left to right even with feed platform. You should hear a click as it engages. CLICK! 8-9
