2 • Getting to Know Your <strong>System</strong><br />

Machine Features—Rear<br />
1. Phone Jack—allows you to connect an analog phone line,<br />
such as one a Fax machine uses. The jack accepts a standard<br />
RJ-11 phone plug (supplied). When your system is connected to<br />
an analog phone line, you can add post age anytime by pressing<br />
Add <strong>Postage</strong> and following the prompts. See Chapter 6, Adding<br />
<strong>Postage</strong> for de tails.<br />
2. USB Port—allows you to connect a USB cable and download<br />
report data to a PC (future feature).<br />
3. Power Receptacle—connects to AC power cord (supplied).<br />
