3 • Running Mail Printing a Statement of Mailing or Manifest Payment This procedure is used when you have multiple parcels to send and want to evidence the postage payment for these shipments through one single digital indicia. 1. At the Home screen: • If you have a scale, place any mail piece on it. • If you have any weight showing, select "CLASS" or "Select a class" (depending on your machine settings). • If "Enter Manual Weight" is showing, you need to enter a manual weight first (see steps A-C below). A. Press Weigh/Rate. B. Key in 1 g and select “Continue”. 3. At the Services screen, select "0.01 to 99.99". SERVICES 0.00 ◄ 0.01 to 99.99 ◄Done ENTER WEIGHT 1 g ◄Change to kg ◄Continue Page Up Page Down C. Select "CLASS" or "Select a class" (depending on your machine settings). 2. Place a tape sheet up against the registration wall of the system and slide it to the right until the system grasps it. The system prints the digital indicia and ejects the envelope. Place the tape sheet on the Statement of Mailing or Manifest which your local Canada Post retail outlet can provide. 3-19
