7 • <strong>System</strong> Options<br />
Distributor Values<br />
This option allows you to modify the phone con nec tion parameters<br />
that your machine uses to call to the Pitney Bowes Data Centre. A<br />
brief description of each parameter is provided on the next page.<br />
CAUTION: Do not change these pa ram e ters<br />
un less directed to do so by your Pitney Bowes<br />
representative.<br />
To access the Distributor Values:<br />
1. Press Options.<br />
2. Press Page Down twice.<br />
3. Select "Connect-Data Centre".<br />
4. Select "Distributor Values".<br />
5. Select the parameter you want to modify from the list appearing<br />
in the display. Use Page Down if needed to access your choice.<br />

6. A warning message displays that reminds you that entering a<br />
wrong value may result in errors connecting to the Data Centre.<br />
If you want to continue, press Yes/Enter; otherwise, press No to<br />
