135 infants returned with their mother or primary caregiver for the sec<strong>on</strong>d phase <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> this<br />

prospective study. Overall, 64.3% (n=133) <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the cohort was maintained while 74<br />

women, al<strong>on</strong>g with their infant(s) were lost to follow-up. Two <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the mothers c<strong>on</strong>tinuing<br />

in the study had twins, thus 135 infants participated in this phase <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the investigati<strong>on</strong>. The<br />

average age was 16.1 ± 7.4 m<strong>on</strong>ths and ranged from 11 to 46 m<strong>on</strong>ths. The median age<br />
