enamel defects. 17,19 This includes amelogenesis imperfecta 17,19,20 , inherited c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s<br />

whose manifestati<strong>on</strong>s include dental defects (e.g. ectodermal dysplasia 21 ), and tuberous<br />

sclerosis 22 .<br />
