for Replication<br />

• The following resources are required for replication: trained personnel,<br />

trained policy-makers, laws governing sexual violence <strong>and</strong>, more<br />

broadly, gender-based violence.<br />

• Government agencies, particularly the Ministry of Health, should be<br />

included from the beginning of the program.<br />

• Learn from the existing systems <strong>and</strong> document the process.<br />

• Organizations are increasingly interested in addressing legal <strong>and</strong> policy<br />

issues on sexual violence<br />
