internal online resources, both (FE 79%; HE 74%), similar to 2003.
• 52% of respondents indicate the function of a personalised single point of access to
external online resources, both (FE 60%, up from 46%; HE 33%, down from 38%).
• Access to local and remote 'information resources’ (66%) and to collaborative tools
(59%) are also frequently cited functions.
• Transaction based services are less common, but on the up (35%, up from 24%).
