Maxis introduced Maxis’ Managed M2M
(Machine-to-Machine), the country’s
first managed wireless M2M service. The
launch was officiated by Ms Ng Wan

Application that is integrated with
PayPal’s mobile payment service, and the
Buy-1-Get-1 Free movie ticket offer every
Maxis Movie Day (every Tuesday), on
movies screened after 6.00pm.

the PC.com Awards Night 2011. This is
the sixth year in a row that Maxis has
been named Best Postpaid Telco by the
awards organiser.

GPRS Data Roaming. The service allowed
outbound prepaid users to use mobile
data while roaming internationally.
