The Group has one-twenty-fourth (1/24 th ) interest in Konsortium Rangkaian Serantau Sdn. Bhd. This entity was formed for the
purpose of implementing one of the entry points projects to lower the costs of Internet Protocol transit and domestic bandwidths
by aggregating capacity of its shareholders to secure lower prices from suppliers. The fair value cannot be reliably measured as
there is no active market upon which it is traded. Hence, it is carried at cost.
