35 OPERATING LEASE COMMITMENTS
Generally, the Group leases certain network infrastructure, offices and customer service centres under operating leases. The
leases run for a period of 2 to 15 years (2010: 2 to 15 years). Certain operating leases contain renewal options with market review
clauses. The Group does not have the option to purchase the leased assets at the expiry of the lease period.
The future minimum lease payments under non-cancellable operating leases are as follows:

Included in the future minimum lease payments are lease commitments for network infrastructure which are subject to variation
based on the number of co-sharing parties for each individual site.
