Bengal. the Faridpur. the Rajsahi.' the jalpaiguri. and
the Comilla. as well as the Zwaizkowy of Loland. which
although somewhat substantial by the side of the Bengali
institutions is nothing but a petty affair in the company
of the Anglo-German-French banks. Even under
diverse conditions of. in.dustrial and financial 'structure
the Pole (under foreign guidance) and the Bengali
(independentiy) have- been observing the 'same principle.
