The Policy Context for a Commons-Based Approach to Traditional Knowledge
access and dissemination of TK, thus appearing to take into account the concerns
raised by the custodians of TK (some of which have been documented in
this study). The Policy, if properly implemented via, inter alia, an eventual TK
law, provides for engagement with TK by policy actors both within government
and in communities.
