8.7.8.5 The Team Leader will inform the Service Unit Manager (<strong>Child</strong>ren and<br />

Families) of any changes e.g. change of address, so that the <strong>Child</strong><br />

<strong>Protection</strong> Register may be kept up to date.<br />

8.7.8.6 He/she will inform the Service Unit Manager (<strong>Child</strong>ren and Families)<br />

of any significant changes or if further injuries occur, so that<br />

consideration can be given to convening a further Case Conference.<br />

8.7.8.7 He/she will ensure that the keyworker responsible for working the<br />

case completes the fortnightly <strong>Child</strong> ‘at risk’ Progress Report within<br />

the required timescale of three working days from last contact with<br />

the family. He/she will read, countersign and record any appropriate<br />

management decisions before passing the completed form to the<br />

Service Unit Manager (<strong>Child</strong>ren and Families) within five working<br />

days.<br />
