Tell the Soldier to complete be<strong>for</strong>e PMCS and to in<strong>for</strong>m you of any faults<br />

found with the suit (<strong>for</strong> example, the draw cord is unserviceable, and so<br />

<strong>for</strong>th). After the be<strong>for</strong>e PMCS has been completed, in<strong>for</strong>m the Soldier<br />

that MOPP levels 1 through 4 must be achieved in sequence and that the<br />

time limit <strong>for</strong> achieving MOPP level 4 is 8 minutes. Ensure that the<br />

Soldier in<strong>for</strong>ms you as each MOPP level is obtained (<strong>for</strong> example, "I am<br />

now at MOPP level 1."). For per<strong>for</strong>mance measures or parts of<br />

per<strong>for</strong>mance measures requiring the Soldier to state an answer, lead the<br />

Soldier with an appropriate question (<strong>for</strong> example, "When would you put<br />

SERPACWA on?", or "What do you use the clear plastic, resealable bags<br />

<strong>for</strong>?").<br />

Per<strong>for</strong>mance Measures GO NO GO<br />

1. Per<strong>for</strong>med Be<strong>for</strong>e PMCS in accordance with TM 10-<br />

8415-220-10. Soldier stated that the coat and trouser labels —— ——<br />

are annotated with the date in permanent ink in accordance<br />

with unit SOP.<br />

2. Stated that if command-directed, SERPACWA is —— ——<br />

applied in accordance with the package instructions.<br />

3. Donned the JSLIST chemical protective ensemble, in —— ——<br />

MOPP level 1 through 4 sequence, within 8 minutes.<br />

4. Doffed the JSLIST chemical protective ensemble. —— ——<br />

5. Per<strong>for</strong>med After PMCS in accordance with TM 10-<br />

8415-220-10. Soldier stated that the coat and trouser labels<br />

are annotated in permanent ink with the days of wear, and the<br />

unit SOP.<br />

6. Stated that after the JSLIST overgarment has been used,<br />

that the clear-plastic resealable bags are removed from the —— ——<br />

JSLIST trouser pocket, and the JSLIST coat and trousers are<br />

placed in them and resealed.<br />
