8.2.6. gnition Transformer<br />
1. Turn off the gas supply<br />
2. Turn off the 120V power supply<br />
3. Turn off the water supply<br />
4. Loosen the PCB right-side screw from<br />
bottom base.<br />
5. Pull out the fan assembly<br />
(refer to 8.2.5 Fan motor)<br />
6. Remove the Ignition Transformer Cable.<br />
(refer to 8.2.6 Flame Rod)<br />
7. Remove the igniter connecting housing into<br />
the PCB.<br />
9. Pull out the Ignition Transformer.<br />
10. Attach the new ignition transformer tighten<br />
screws.<br />
11. Connect the Ignition transformer cable into<br />
the ignition electrode.<br />
12. Connect the igniter connecting housing<br />
into the PCB.<br />
13. Install front panel using 4(four) screws.<br />
14. Turn on water supply, power supply, and<br />
gas supply.<br />
NOTE<br />
1. Check up whether fixing exactly done.<br />
2. Check up the connecting terminal.<br />
