Loss of<br />
flame during<br />
combustion<br />
Description<br />
If the system detects loss of flame during combustion, the system stops supplying<br />
fuel, repeats restart, counts the loss of flame incidents, and if the incident occurs 20<br />
times in a row, displays 12E (manually cleared) on the indoor thermostat.<br />
Check items<br />
1. Measure, with a meter, the gas supply pressure<br />
( NG: 5”(6” 180 MODEL) ~10.5” W.C, LP: 8”(9” 180 MODEL)~13.5” W.C)<br />
2. Check the <strong>Gas</strong> meter Capacity.<br />
3. Check the <strong>Gas</strong> Pipe Diameter (3/4”).<br />
4. Check the controller DIP S/W capacity setting.<br />
5. 3-stage MIN differential gas pressure adjustment error.<br />
6. Defective air pressure sensor.<br />
7. Check if the nozzle is clogged.<br />
8. Defective multi-stage valve.<br />
9. Defective proportional valve in the main gas valve.<br />
10. Check if the PCB works properly.<br />
