BOŠKO PICULA<br />
Boško Picula, politolog i <strong>filmski</strong><br />
kritičar, rođen je 1973. godine<br />
u Šibeniku. Na Fakultetu političkih<br />
znanosti u Zagrebu studirao<br />
je politologiju i novinarstvo. Dobitnik<br />
je Rektorove nagrade. Nakon<br />
diplome, magistrirao je međunarodne<br />
odnose i doktorirao komparativnu<br />
politiku. Radi kao viši<br />
predavač na Visokoj školi međunarodnih<br />
odnosa i diplomacije u<br />
Zagrebu, Dag Hammarskjöld u Zagrebu,<br />
među ostalim i na kolegiju<br />
Politika kroz umjetnost. Tijekom<br />
studija počeo je objavljivati<br />
u filmskom magazinu Hollywood.<br />
Filmske kritike objavljivao je i u<br />
Vijencu, Total Filmu, Globusu, Hrvatskom<br />
filmskom ljetopisu te na<br />
mrežnoj stranici film.hr. Koautor<br />
je emisije o filmu Café cinéma<br />
i emisije o filmu za djecu i mlade<br />
Kokice na Hrvatskoj televiziji. Kao<br />
<strong>filmski</strong> kritičar surađuje s Hrvatskom<br />
televizijom i <strong>Hrvatski</strong>m radijem<br />
(emisija Licem u lice). Režirao<br />
je videospot za pjesmu Daleko<br />
skupine Batida, koji je bio nominiran<br />
za glazbenu klupsku nagradu<br />
Zlatna koogla. Sudjelovao<br />
je u selekcijskim povjerenstvima<br />
i ocjenjivačkim sudovima više<br />
domaćih <strong>filmski</strong>h revija i manifestacija,<br />
a kao urednik festivalskih<br />
publikacija radio je za zagrebački<br />
Animafest, Festival igranog<br />
filma u Puli i One Take Film Festival<br />
u Zagrebu. Član je Hrvatskog<br />
politološkog društva, Hrvatskog<br />
novinarskog društva, Hrvatskog<br />
društva <strong>filmski</strong>h kritičara i Državnog<br />
povjerenstva za Natjecanje<br />
u debati.<br />
› Boško Picula is a political<br />
scientist and film critic, born in<br />
Šibenik in 1973. He studied Political<br />
Science and Journalism at<br />
the Faculty of Political Science<br />
in Zagreb and was awarded the<br />
Chancellor’s Award. After graduating,<br />
he received a Masters degree<br />
in International Relations<br />
and a doctorate in Comparative<br />
Politics. He works as a senior<br />
lecturer at the University College<br />
of International Relations<br />
and Diplomacy Dag Hammarskjöld<br />
in Zagreb where, among other<br />
things he teaches the course Politics<br />
through art. During his studies<br />
he started publishing texts<br />
in the film magazine Hollywood<br />
and his film reviews have also<br />
been published in publications<br />
and magazines such as Vijenac,<br />
Total Film, Globus, Croatian Film<br />
Chronicles and the website film.hr.<br />
He is the co-author of a TV programme<br />
Café cinéma and the film<br />
programme for kids and teens,<br />
Kokice (Popcorn), on Croatian<br />
Radiotelevision. As a film critic<br />
he works for the Croatian Television<br />
and the Croatian Radio<br />
(programme Licem u lice (Face to<br />
Face)). He has directed the music<br />
video for the song Daleko by<br />
Croatian band Batida, nominated<br />
for the independent music award<br />
Zlatna koogla. He has participated<br />
in selection juries and award juries<br />
of several Croatian film festivals<br />
and worked as editor of<br />
film publications for Animafest<br />
Zagreb, Pula Film Festival and One<br />
Take Film Festival. He is a member<br />
of the Croatian Political Science<br />
Association, Croatian Journalists'<br />
Association, Croatian Film<br />
Critics' Association, and the National<br />
Committee for the Debate<br />
Championships.<br />
