• As shown in Table 2-5 and Figure 2-3, the housing stock in the City of Inglewood is
relatively older than that of Los Angeles County.
• Only about 13.4 percent of the housing stock in the City was built from 1980 to 2000. In
comparison, 19.2 percent of the housing stock in the County was built during this period.
