• As shown in Table 5-4, the median price of a condominium sold in the City of Inglewood
in February, 2006 was around $330,000.
• In comparison, the median condominium sales price in the South Bay Cities was
estimated significantly higher at about $500,000, and in the County at $407,000.
• Within the South Bay, the City of Hermosa Beach had the highest median sales price for
condominiums at $1.12 million.
