Note: The basic cost is all-inclusive of all the costs of the infrastructure, deliverables, stationary
etc except taxes and duties. All basic costs must be incorporated in the deliverable amount
(i.e. transportation and lodging, supplies, administrative and overhead, support staff, etc.). The
Contractor is responsible for providing all clerical and support staff required for fulfilling the
project deliverables.
Explain clearly the bill of materials above for the post implementation cost – Description of the
resource, quantity, requirements if any for the resource, etc.,
The rate shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes. The rate shall be considered as inclusive of tax
even if quoted exclusive of tax.
The rates shall be quoted in figure and words and only one rate shall be quoted in each item.
Conditional tenders will not be accepted and rates once fixed shall be valid for the entire period
of the contract.
