NOTES: 1 If multiple carriers are being requested via the referenced Space Link Session Profile, a carrier may have duration shorter than minimumSessionDuration if its carrierStartTimeOffset and/or carrierStopTimeOffset are non-zero in the Space Link Session Profile. 2 If there are to be multiple acquisitions and loss of signal (e.g., because of occulting planetary body) for a given carrier, this parameter indicates the minimum duration for the entire contact, including the intervening loss(es) of signal. preferredSessionDuration The preferred duration of the space link session. If multiple carriers are being requested via the referenced Space Link Session Profile, the value of preferredSessionDuration corresponds to the desired duration of the carrier that requires the longest duration in the session.
